Curve - Belgie ULTRA

The Curve Belgie ULTRA is ready for a test ride.

The Belgie was named after the famous Belgie Ride in Australia. It was introduced in 2015 when Jesse Carlsson won the legendary Trans Am Bike Race over 6800 km through the USA on the first generation of the frame with a lead of almost 500 km! The Belgie is an incredible all-rounder, on which numerous Criterium races and races at national level have been won since then. The legendary Belgian endurance rider Kristof Allegart also relies on the Belgie. Now in the latest version under the name Belgie ULTRA

In the fourth generation, the frame is almost 180g lighter thanks to the use of thinner 16 mm seat stays and now has tire clearance of up to 35 mm (set with Vittoria Terreno Zero, possibly less with profiled tires) and a new head tube with integrated headset. The full carbon fork supplied has also become even lighter. The latest generation is designed for both mechanical and electronic shifting.

The frame geometry has been adapted with longer chainstays for more stability and more stack and reach for more comfort so that you can stay in the saddle even longer. The frame triangle has been enlarged to provide more space for bottles and frame bags.

The equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The electronic SRAM Force 2x12 groupset ensures precise shifting and a huge range of gear ratios. Lightweight Curve carbon rims are combined with proven DT Swiss 350 hubs and Sapim CX-Ray spokes for a light, carefree combination. Noble Zipp and Fizik parts round off the package.
